Scuba Refresher Program
If you have not been diving for any prolonged length of time, or at any time you feel that you may need it, then a Scuba Refresher is the perfect solution. Private or semi-private, we'll take you for a relaxed outdoor dive in a local Cape Cod lake. We'll brush up on old skills and introduce some new ones you are unfamiliar with. We'll get your buoyancy set properly, and in no time, you'll be ready for your Scuba trip or vacation.
How often do I need to get recertified as a scuba diver?
A PADI certification does not actually "expire", but your ability to react properly in an emergency certainly does. If you have gone more than a year without diving, it is always a good idea to take a refresher dive with an instructor. Scuba diving is like any skill, the more often it is used the more familiar and second nature it becomes.
*For Start Dates, just look at your calendar for July, August, or Sept, and pick a 1/2 day, either mornings or afternoons. Then email me and see if those are available!
Fee: $375. includes . . .
• On-site Classroom session/ refresh dive tables/introduce dive computers
• One 1/2 day of diving in a freshwater Cape Cod lake/pond
• All Scuba Gear included
NOTE* My fee for instruction is far less than local dive shops charge for crowded "group lessons". Their program may sound cheaper, but then they make you buy a ton of equipment and also "rent" gear for your training dives. I don't do any of that stuff. It's one price, all-inclusive. My program will save you as much as $500. over local dive shop classes! Remember, the scuba lessons I teach are semi-private, small group only. Not crowded group lessons.
Prerequisites: Open Water Diver or any other certification level. You must be able to show a card.
